1. Who we are and acceptance

CarPulse is operated by Lorin & Co sh.p.k., Rruga Ibrahim Rugova, Tirana, Albania (email support@carpulse.al, phone +355696348280). By using the CarPulse website or apps (the "Service") you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or of legal age in your country. The information you give us must be accurate.

3. Your account

You need an account to publish listings, save searches or contact sellers. Keep your password confidential; you are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us at once about any unauthorised use.

4. Your content

You keep ownership of what you upload. You give CarPulse a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to host, show, reproduce and distribute it to operate and promote the Service. You confirm you have the right to upload it and that it breaks no law or third-party right.

5. Prohibited conduct

No false, misleading or fraudulent listings; no impersonation; no unlawful, defamatory or infringing content; no harassment or spam; no circumventing security or rate limits; no scraping of the Service without written permission; no money laundering, sanctions evasion or other illegal activity.

6. Prices and payment

Browsing is free. Private sellers can publish for free on the Free plan (up to 2 active listings, each active for 90 days) in the markets where it is offered; the current list is on the Pricing page. Paid options are Premium (monthly subscription, also available as a 10-day trial for €2 that then continues as Premium), one-off boosts and, for dealers, monthly dealer plans. The price, the duration and whether it renews are shown before you pay. Card payments are processed by Stripe; some older subscriptions are billed through PayLink. Taxes are added where applicable.

7. Automatic renewal and cancellation

Subscriptions (Premium, Basic and dealer plans) renew automatically every month at the price shown when you subscribed, until you cancel. The €2 trial lasts 10 days and then continues automatically as Premium at the monthly price, unless you cancel before the 10 days end. We send a reminder 2 days before the first charge. You can cancel at any time from My listings, without giving a reason. The cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for, and nothing more is charged. Deleting a listing or marking it as sold also cancels its subscription.

8. Right of withdrawal (consumers in the EU)

If you are a consumer living in the European Union (for example in Italy), you may withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of the purchase date without giving a reason. Because a listing goes live, or a boost starts, immediately after payment, you ask us to start the service right away. If you withdraw within the 14 days, we refund the payment minus an amount proportional to the service already provided up to the moment you told us. A one-off boost that has already run in full can no longer be withdrawn. To withdraw, cancel the subscription in My listings and send us a clear statement, for example: "I withdraw from my purchase of [plan or boost] made on [date] for the listing [car]." Send it to support@carpulse.al. We refund within 14 days of receiving it, to the original payment method.

9. Ranking and promoted listings

How listings are ordered, which factors count, and how paid placement affects position is explained on the "How ranking works" page. Every paid or promoted placement is labelled "Promoted" ("Promovuar" / "Promosso").

10. Vehicle transactions

CarPulse is a marketplace and is not a party to any sale between buyers and sellers. We do not own, sell, inspect or guarantee any vehicle. Buyers must check the condition, ownership, registration and legal status of a vehicle before buying.

11. Financing estimates

Monthly-payment figures on CarPulse are estimates for information only, not credit offers. The lender decides the final rate, fees and approval. Representative example: car price €15,000, down payment €3,000 (20%), amount financed €12,000 over 60 months at a fixed nominal rate of 9.9% a year: 60 monthly payments of €254.37, total repaid €15,262.47, total interest €3,262.47, APR (TAEG) 10.36% assuming no fees. Lender fees increase the APR.

12. Termination

You can delete your account at any time in the app. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these Terms, infringes the rights of others, or harms users or the platform. Where appropriate we tell you why and give you a chance to fix the problem.

13. Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, CarPulse is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or €50, whichever is greater. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that consumer law gives you and that cannot be waived.

14. Law and disputes

These Terms are governed by Albanian law. Disputes go to the competent courts of Tirana, except that consumers may always use the courts of their country of residence and keep the mandatory protection of the law of that country. EU consumers can also use the EU online dispute resolution platform.

15. Changes

We tell you about material changes through the Service or by email at least 14 days before they take effect. If you do not agree, you can cancel and close your account before that date.
