Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using the CarPulse mobile application or website (the "Service") you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Service. By using the Service you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.
3. Account registration
To publish listings, save searches or contact sellers you must register an account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.
4. User content and listings
You retain ownership of the content you upload (photos, descriptions, vehicle data). By uploading content you grant CarPulse a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to host, display, reproduce and distribute it as needed to operate and promote the Service. You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to the content you upload and that it does not violate any law or third-party right.
5. Prohibited conduct
You may not: post false, misleading or fraudulent listings; impersonate another person or entity; upload content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene or infringes intellectual property rights; harass, threaten or abuse other users; circumvent security or rate-limit measures; scrape, copy or redistribute Service data without written permission; or use the Service for any illegal activity including money laundering or sanctions evasion.
6. Fees and payment
Basic browsing and standard listings are free. Premium features (promoted listings, dealer plans, additional photo slots) may carry fees disclosed at the point of purchase. All fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Taxes are added where applicable.
7. Vehicle transactions
CarPulse is a marketplace and is not a party to any transaction between buyers and sellers. We do not own, sell, inspect, warranty or guarantee any vehicle listed. Buyers are responsible for verifying vehicle condition, ownership, registration and legal status before completing a purchase.
8. Termination
You may delete your account at any time from the app. We may suspend or terminate your access immediately and without notice if you breach these Terms, infringe third-party rights, or use the Service in a manner that harms other users or the platform.
9. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure or error-free.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CarPulse and its officers, employees and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or 50 EUR, whichever is greater.
11. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Albania, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute shall be resolved by the competent courts of Tirana, Albania, except where mandatory consumer protection law grants you the right to bring proceedings in your country of residence.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you through the Service or by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
