Monthly subscriptions
CarPulse sells digital software subscriptions (Basic €14.99/month, Premium €29.99/month). You can cancel at any time; your access continues until the end of the current paid period. We do not provide partial-period (pro-rata) refunds for time already elapsed.
10-day trial (€2)
The €2 charge for the 10-day trial (available on both carpulse.al and carpulse.it) is non-refundable. You can cancel at any time before day 10 to avoid the automatic renewal at €29.99/month (Premium).
First payment or charges in error
If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 14 days at support@carpulse.it and we will review your request.
How refunds are processed
Payments are processed securely via PayLink. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.
